Tuesday SOL - 1/8/13 - OLW - Grateful
We were traveling the last two Tuesdays and I didn't get to write, so I thought I'd share my OLW this week. During the month of November, I made a list of 30 things that I was thankful for and so the word Grateful seemed appropriate to continue for my 2013 OLW. This week, I'm grateful for my husband's carpentry abilities. He had created many things for me and for the kids. During December he built a cabinet that holds our granddaughters' train top that they received from Santa. He managed to put it all together in only a few weeks time and even though he said it wasn't his "best" work, he did a great job and the girls (along with Mommy & Daddy) were delighted. It will be a cabinet that will last long after the train phase has worn off. Not only did he complete the train cabinet, but also finished a buffet table with wine rack for our son and his fiance. Now if I could only get him to finish the top shelves of my buffet table.... Ca...
