Getting Excited - SOS #22 9/3/20
We had to cancel/postpone our BIG trip with family to Hawaii to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. A big disappointment after so much planning, but we'll be patient and wait - it WILL happen next year! So instead, we have a "mini" trip planned with our son and daughter-in-law to celebrate their 7th wedding anniversary and our 50th. The reservations have been made for months and plans are underway. We have a cabin rented at Big Cedar Lodge near Branson, MO. It is an all inclusive resort and really no need to get into Branson. We've planned meals and what we're going to do - swimming, a boat ride, hiking in Dogwood Canyon, playing games (golfing for them) and just a time to relax with family and a dear friend. Oh yeah, and lots to eat and wine to drink! A special dinner is planned at the Osage Restaurant at the Top of the Rock followed by the Sunset Ceremony.
