I listened to this audio book. The last paragraph above tells it all. It was well written and I was totally surprised by all that transpired especially the ending. The author wrote from the father's perspective and made you wonder how we as parents can be so blind to what goes on in our children's lives. Do we overlook or cover up the "bad" (or difficult) because it reflects on us as parents?
